Joseph Mabbett Warren

A director of the Bank of Troy and of the United National Bank of Troy, Warren later became president of the Bank of Troy. He was a trustee of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, mayor of Troy and commissioner of the Troy Water Works Company. He was elected as a Democrat to the 42nd Congress.
